Our products are specifically designed for Women from the ground up. Developed by leading Nutritionist Dr Zhang to support Women’s wellness.

Indigo Life’s Products have been reinforced with vital vitamins and minerals, which are in the perfect proportions for the female body to sustain a healthy body and mind.

How do I use your products?

Our gummies are super easy to consume! Simply follow the instructions on each individual tub, and pop them straight into your mouth - you don’t even need water!

Can all of your gummies be taken together?

Absolutely! Our delicious products were created with partnership in mind and we recommend taking our supplements together to capture a magnitude of benefits.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes - All of our products are packed with plant based goodness.

Are your gummies gluten free?

Yes. All of our products are gluten free, and carefully prepared in a gluten free environment.

Are your products dairy free?

Yes. None of our products contain dairy, so are suitable for lactose intolerant customers and those avoiding dairy for religious or dietary reasons.

Are your products nut free?

Yes. All of our products are 100% nut free and are prepared in an environment which is completely nut free. 

Are your products GMO-free?

Yes, all of our ingredients and products are non-GMO.

Do your products interfere with the contraceptive pill?

All of our products are naturally sourced, and should not interfere with the pill, however double check with your doctor or GP to be 100% safe.

The product I want to order is out of stock! What should I do?

We know how much you love Indigo Life products… and although it doesn’t happen often, items can go out of stock due to factors beyond our control.

Please bare with us as we work hard to get your favourite items back in stock - remember to click the “Notify Me When in Stock” button underneath the product you’re interested in, and we’ll drop you an email as soon as it’s back!

When will I feel the benefits?

Unfortunately we can’t give you a timescale, as everyone’s body is different. However, we always recommend adding our products into your routine daily, for a perpetual period of time, and alongside a healthy, balanced diet, to feel the maximum benefits.

Can men use Indigo Life?

Our products have been uniquely formulated (in a lab) to enhance the wellbeing and overall health of women due to the carefully selected ingredients we’ve chosen to include.

Although men can use Indigo Life, it won’t be as beneficial to their health.

Subscriptions

What are the benefits of subscribing?

With a subscription you’ll save 20% on our regular pricing, and you’ll never run out of your favourite Indigo Life supplements!

How does an Indigo Life Subscription work?

Simply visit the page of the product you would like to subscribe to and select the subscribe and save option and checkout - you will automatically save 20% by using this option.

Your order will then be automatically delivered to your address every 4 weeks. and you’ll be charged to your original payment method.

Can I edit my subscription once it’s active?

Of course! We want our subscriptions to be super simple for Indigo Life products.

That’s why you’ll be able to access your account any time to swap a product, skip or delay a shipment, try out something new, change the delivery frequency or cancel altogether!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account area, select manage subscriptions, select the subscription you wish to cancel then click cancel my subscription.

All future orders will be canceled, however, please note if you try to cancel after your renewal date and your subscription has already been charged and dispatched you may still receive your order.

Can I cancel my subscription if it’s just renewed?

Unfortunately not, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

You’ll always receive your reminder email to notify you of your subscription renewal at least 2 business days before it’s processed.

You must cancel your subscription at least 1 business day before your next upcoming shipment. If your renewal order has already been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

Orders & Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to customers in the UK. If you don’t see your country listed as an option at checkout please emailsupport@indigolife.uk with your country and we’ll send over a shipping quote over to you.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we do! All of our orders include DPD next-day delivery. Orders placed by 12pm, Monday to Friday, will arrive the next business day (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders after this time are processed the following business day.

Note that express orders placed after 12pm on Friday won’t be processed until Monday (or Tuesday after a Bank Holiday) for delivery the next day.

Please keep in mind: This service runs Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

We can’t alter addresses after an order is placed, and while we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur beyond our control. Check our T&Cs for details.

How will I know when my express delivery is arriving?

Your express order will be shipped with DPD and fully trackable.

On the delivery day, you’ll receive a 1-hour time slot.

If you won’t be home, use the tracking details to arrange alternative delivery options, like leaving the package with a neighbour or in a safe spot.

We recommend downloading the DPD app for real-time updates, and you can even add photos of your address or safe places to ensure accurate delivery.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Since we process orders quickly, changes, cancellations, or modifications to your order cannot be made after it’s placed.

However, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return any unopened items within 14 days of receipt if you’re not completely satisfied.

The returned items must be undamaged, unopened, and in a re-sellable condition.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email once your refund is processed.

Please note that returns made after 14 days won’t be refunded, and you’ll be responsible for the return postage costs.

Refunds will cover the full product value, excluding postage.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

First, verify that the shipping confirmation email lists the correct delivery address. Next, use the tracking details to check for any updates from the courier. Be sure to ask neighbors and check any designated safe places.

If your parcel is missing or you have concerns about the tracking, please contact our support team within 7 days of dispatch. After this period, we cannot investigate with the courier. You can reach us at support@indigolife.uk

I have received an incorrect or damaged order, what can I do?

You can send a photograph of your full order including all items received and the outer packaging along with your order number to our team at support@indigolife.uk.

We will get back to you as soon as possible and treat your matter with priority.
